In an increasingly convergent world, Vizeum’s vision is to be our clients’ most innovative partner.  We achieve this through our guiding principle, ‘Simple strategy, brilliantly activated’, and through the application of our 70/20/10 model for innovation to the way we manage our client’s media budgets.  All of which is underpinned by our bespoke research system, CCS, real-time reporting and market scale.  Our position within the unique Dentsu Aegis operating model, allows us to integrate best-in-class digital and outdoor planning, buying performance and marketing effectiveness through our partners in iProspect, Posterscope, Amplifi and Data2Decisions.

Vizeum has a global network that spans 40 countries worldwide and over 1,000 people.  Our clients include 20th Century Fox, AB InBev, Burberry, BMW, IKEA, MINI and Panasonic.

 

Our Office

We operate from a huge open-plan single floor designed by a leading architect to provide maximum collaboration between Vizeum, our world-class group resources, strategic media partners and our clients.

No-one has an office.  Everyone is hands on delivering clients’ objectives.

It is a unique, buzzy environment.

Zoe Schmid, Creative Solutions Director

Zoe joined Vizeum (formerly) BBJ as a graduate in 1999 and became Creative Solutions Director in late 2007. Zoe is responsible for ensuring we develop first class relationships with media owners so that we are at the forefront of creative opportunities within the industry. In recent years she has been increasingly focused on advertiser supported and funded content, and is also an essential conduit into services within and outside the group which are responsible for content creation and experiential delivery.

Ian Edwards, Managing Partner, Head of Strategy

Ian Edwards, Managing Partner, Head of Strategy

Ian's role is a mix of leading the strategy and insight work on some of Vizeum's largest clients, ensuring best practice across the agency and working on new business pitches. Ian is passionate about understanding human behaviour and using this as the starting point for any brief. Ian has an MA in Cognitive Evolution and has completed the IPA excellence diploma for which he won the award for the outstanding body of work.

Andrew Lloyd is Vizeum's Planning Managing Partner - having taken in MediaCom, ZenithOptimedia and OMD UK in a career that has so far spanned the NatWest, Wrigley, British Airways, Vodafone, McDonald's, Muller and MoneySupermarket accounts. He has won two MediaWeek Awards and completed the IPA Excellence Diploma in 2008 - following that up by mentoring a candidate (Tom Darlington at Channel 4) through the Diploma this year.

Richard Morris, Managing Director

Richard Morris, Managing Director

Richard is committed to making Vizeum the most innovative agency in the industry. Previously he spent 18 years at Carat, beginning as a Graduate and finishing as Deputy Managing Director. Richard has been named a Campaign Top 10 Media Planner for the last two years and has won Campaign Media's Campaign of the Year. He is also a current member of the IPA's Media Futures and Value of Creativity groups.

Rachel Waine, Account Director, Digital

Rachel Waine, Account Director, Digital

Rachel has worked in digital media agencies since 2007 and is a key digital specialist on AB InBev and 20th Century Fox.  She has experience in driving behavioural change in retail, encouraging shoppers to change their purchasing behaviour at online POS.  Rachel also has a particular focus on innovative cross platform solutions that are relevant for the brand and consumer.

As Head of Innovation, Chrissy specialises in delivering new solutions to business problems and challenges. In her role at Vizeum she works closely with both media owners and technology companies, integrating closely with multiple teams within the agency to ensure clients are seeing creative ideas and new approaches that solve their challenges. With a background in strategy and insight and a MSc in Communications, Chrissy combines a passion for new technology with her specialism idea generation techniques to ensure ideas add value to the consumer in innovative ways. With 10 years experience in communications, Chrissy has gained cross sector experience working on a variety of national and international brands, from tech & telcos, sports and entertainment, Luxury Fashion, Automotive and FMCG.

Ben has over 15 years’ experience in helping his clients understand the impact of advertising on the fundamental dynamics of their business.  Achieving recognition as one of Media’s 30 under 30 early in his career he has amassed broad experience with clients such as Ford, Nike, Amazon, American Express, HSBC and RBS.  At Vizeum, Ben sits on the management board and leads a team of 10 performance specialists as well as aligning the business with iProspect to deliver best in class marketing effectiveness and innovation in direct response.

Amy has 10 years experience and has worked on an impressive list of clients including Coca-Cola, IKEA, Heinz, 20th Century Fox and MINI.  Her work on IKEA’s Happy to Bed campaign contributed to winning Gold for Media Campaign of the Year at the Campaign Awards in 2012.  She is dedicated to creating a working environment that generates intelligent thought and adds talent to broadcast planning & implementation, and she is passionate about making decisions that enable business growth.   She has enjoyed many years at Vizeum and is thrilled to be leading the Broadcast team in such an exciting advertising landscape.

An Aegis loyalist with 14 years service at Carat and Vizeum. Jo has a vast amount of experience running business, including BMW, Disney and Diageo. She is putting this experience to good use as Chief Operations Officer at Vizeum, striving to encourage the best possible work for every client.

Jonathan Palmer, Head of Social

Jonathan Palmer, Head of Social

Jonathan joined Vizeum as Head of Social from boutique social media agency, We Are Social, in November 2010. Jonathan has been working with online communities and social platforms since 1999 and brings his specialist social media and digital background to Vizeum in order to fully integrate social strategy within Vizeum’s core comms strategies to help ensure our clients have a fully holistic approach to comms.

We have developed the world’s most robust media study enabling us to unravel consumer decision-making journeys and identify exactly which channel to use and when to engage your consumers.   Because we built this on behalf of our clients, we have ensured 3 crucial things:

  1. It works seamlessly with all existing client-owned consumer segmentations. We simply fuse our data with yours.
  2. It is highly media actionable. Most clients find their segmentations define their target audience, but never help them detail a media plan or weigh up alternative communications choices.
  3. It is built for the modern day consumer landscape, covering 60+ different forms of consumer touchpoints. We regularly update these to ensure we capture all developing digital media.
